All-Facilities Pass
This pass allows a resident or a resident family unlimited free use of the swimming pool, community center lockers, “open gym” time, fitness room and allows you to make reservations for tennis and racquetball courts up to one week in advance.

Aquatic Center Pass
This pass allows an individual or a family unlimited free use of the swimming pool. The Aquatic Center is only open to Crestwood residents and their guests (up to 4 guests only).

  • Pass holders may bring 4 guests daily.

Crestwood Business Aquatic Center Pass

Non-Resident Aquatic Center Pass
  • Good for admission to the Crestwood Aquatic Center
  • Pass holders may bring 2 guests daily.

A limited number of passes and I.D. cards are available to sponsored non-residents. Crestwood residents may pick up vouchers for any non-resident family or individual they wish to sponsor at the community center beginning March 1. Passes will be available beginning in early April, for sponsored non-residents on a first-come, first served basis while supply lasts.

Recreation Pass
Serves as identification at the Crestwood Aquatic Center, allowing residents to pay daily resident rate: Same privileges as Court Pass; Use of the Dance Room and Multi-Purpose Room during open gym hours; Use of Fitness Room when age appropriate; and use of Community Center locker.

NOTE: Non-residents must be accompanied by a Crestwood resident in order to pay the guest rate.
The Aquatic Center is only open to Crestwood residents and their guests.
All entry fees will be reduced by one half after 6 p.m.

Court Pass
This pass allows you to make racquetball and/or tennis reservations a maximum of one week in advance. Ability to make walleyball reservations a maximum of one week, but no less than 24 hours in advance. Only pay court fee, no guest fee for pass holders.

Crestwood ID Card
Used as swimming pool identification for Crestwood residents allowing them to pay the daily resident rate. All residents that do not have a current ID Card will be charged the Non-Resident daily rate.

This card is $5.00 for all Crestwood Residents and must be renewed each calendar year.

*Fees are subject to change. Non-resident fees are generally 50 to 100 percent higher. Senior discount available for persons 62 and over, on membership fees only.
Room Rental
The City of Crestwood Community Center offers three spacious meeting rooms (based upon availability) capable of seating up to 80 persons and a multi-purpose room for 240 persons. These rooms are ideal for meetings, seminars, or conferences. Audio-visual equipment is available upon request. The center is fully equipped to handle birthday parties, bridal showers, wedding receptions, dances or other important events. Looking for a place for your team to practice. The multi-purpose room is also available for athletic rentals. For reservations and information contact the Recreation Leader at 729-4860.
Sports/Activities
The department provides a number of adult athletic leagues and offers youth and adult instructional classes for individual sports. Activities include exercise, dance, theater and arts and crafts. A variety of special events are offered throughout the year. Several special interest clubs are available and seeking new members. The Bridge Club, Senior Dance Club and Walley Ball Club accept all skill levels and are open to non-residents as well as Crestwood residents, Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter programs are offered with something for the entire family. A program brochure is published twice a year and delivered to all homes in the City.
Tennis Reservations
Court reservations for Whitecliff Park are accepted from April 1 to October 31. Phone in reservations are taken during normal operating hours. Please call 729-4860 to reserve your court.
