Violations Bureau
Mail-in: At the time of your offense you will be
provided with a mail-in envelop listing all offenses accepted
by mail. Payments received by mail must be in the form
of a money order or cashier’s check. If you are
unsure whether your offense requires a court appearance
or may be paid prior to your court date, please contact
the court office for further direction.
Payment
at the Violations Bureau: Violations that do not
require a court appearance, assessed fines and costs,
restitution and proof of completion of court ordered programs
may be presented to the Violations Bureau, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We accept payment(s) in the
form of cash, money order, cashier check, Visa and MasterCard.
Court
Sessions: Court sessions are held on Thursday
evenings at 7:00 pm. The first docket of the month is
traffic; the second docket of the month is general ordinance
violations and the third docket of the month is the trial
docket.
The prosecuting attorney is available to meet with
attorneys, complainants and/or victims on docket nights
beginning at 6:15 pm. |
