The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for review of building plans to ensure zoning compliance, issuance of permits, and the enforcement of various municipal codes in commercial and residential districts. In addition, the Code Enforcement Officer, Rosann Shannon can be reached at (314)729-4837, administers the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Program. The Engineering Technician, Tim Randick, acts as a liaison to the Board of Zoning Adjustment and the Sign Commission, can be reached at (314) 729-4724.

The City currently contracts with St. Louis County Department of Public Works to provide plan review and inspection services to residents of the City.
