The mission of the Department of Public Works is to provide professional,
technical and maintenance services to the residents of the City
of Crestwood.

The Department designs and oversees the construction of public projects,
reviews and inspects all capital improvement projects, maintains
city streets and sidewalks, reviews all building plans, issues various
permits, repairs and maintains all Public Works, Police, and Administrative
vehicles and provides maintenance and repair services for the Crestwood
Government Center and the Public Works Annex.

*2011 – 2012 Inclement Weather Parking*
During the 2011-2012 winter season, owners will be allowed to park their vehicles on the side of the street with odd house numbers, during inclement weather. This will move all the vehicles to one side of the street, allowing the streets to be plowed quicker and more efficiently. Vehicles parked on the restricted side will be ticketed and required to move immediately. Please call the Public Works Department at 314-729-4720 with any questions.
