Deputy Chief Frank Arnoldy was recently appointed as Chief of Operations for Region C, IST (Incident Support Team).  Assistant Fire Chief Mark Menning was appointed as Assistant Chief of Operations.

    The IST is designed to provide personnel who are trained and organized to support disaster response operations by operating alongside local, county and state government and response agencies within the framework of the National Incident Management System (NIMS).

The purpose of an Incident Support Team is to assist in the management of an incident or multiple incidents when the complexity or span of control has exceeded the local agency administrator’s capacity to effectively manage the event.

 We are honored and proud to have Deputy Chief Frank Arnoldy serve the IST as well as Assistant Fire Chief Mark Menning.

 

JUNE 23, 2010

 On Wednesday, June 23rd, Detective Rich Noland was recognized by the SouthSide Optimist Club of St. Louis for his Excellence in Service.

Those in attendance were Chief Michael L. Paillou, Lieutenant Kevin Avery, and Sharon Noland.

Detective Noland has been with the Crestwood Police Department since 1993.  Detective Noland is currenty in the Bureau, and in addition, he serves as our Firearms Instructor; he is our Lead Investigator and Evidence Officer.  We are proud to have Detective Noland as a part of this organization and his achievements.
