An annual budget, through cooperative efforts of the City Administrator, Ways and Means Committee members, department directors and administrative staff, is submitted to the Board of Aldermen at least forty-five days prior to the beginning of each fiscal year. The Board of Aldermen also holds a public hearing to receive comments from citizens. Final budgets are available to the public. Electronic copies may be downloaded by selecting the desired year below, or paper copies may be obtained by completing and submitting a Records Request Form to the City Clerk.
