Finance Office personnel perform all City financial and accounting duties.  Principal operations include preparing and monitoring the annual budget, processing and maintaining payroll and employee benefits, processing and disbursing accounts payable and vendor payments, receiving and recording all City revenues, preparing and analyzing quarterly and annual financial statements, and overseeing the annual audit process.

 The Finance Officer reports to the City Administrator and supervises an Accountant and Accounting Clerk.
